Instructions for Abstract Submission
Read the instructions carefully before submitting abstract
- All abstracts must be submitted through the official IASO NATCON 2025 website.
- To log onto the submission site, you will have to create a username and password.
- It is mandatory to register for the conference to submit an abstract.
- Abstracts can be submitted for paper, poster, or video presentation
- The abstracts must contain original content which is not published or presented at any other national or international conferences prior to the IASO NATCON 2025.
- The abstract should not be more than 300 words. It should be typed in the box provided on the online abstract submission page
- One abstract will be considered for one award category only
- Each delegate can submit up to 3 abstracts under various award categories.
- Once the abstract is submitted, no revisions/editing will be allowed. Authors have the option to save the abstracts as a draft in case they feel that the abstract needs to be reworked on.
- Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted
- Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for presentation will be sent to the author through email provided while submitting the abstract.
- The scientific committee reserves the right to accept / reject / assign a different presentation type to all the abstracts submitted
Deadline to submit your abstracts: June 30, 2025

- Background and Introduction (include aims and objectives)
- Methods (include statistical analysis if applicable)
- Results
- Conclusion

Instructions for video presentation
- The age of presenter should be less than 45 years for Awards Category.
- Video abstract should be on innovative techniques used to treat common or complex problems, interesting cases or demonstrations, or new therapies or applications for a specific disease site.
- Multiple videos from the same unit will not be considered. In this case, the video will be considered on first come first served basis.
- Promotional videos (personal or commercial) will not be considered.
- Video format should be in mp4
- Duration of video should not exceed 5 min
- Size of the video should not exceed 1 GB
- Acceptable frame size: no smaller than full screen (640x 480 or 720x 820 pixels)
Awards and Fellowships
IASO NATCON Awards- e-Poster / Oral Paper/ Video presentation:
- Best Oral Paper: Minimum 25 awards
- Best Video Presentation: Minimum 15 awards
- Best Poster/E-poster: Minimum 25 awards
Awards and prizes are subject to change
Delegates presenting under this award need to be IASO members.
Students presenting under award category need to be IASO members and SSO members. SSO membership is free for students who are IASO members.
Only papers are considered for this award category.
Any abstract submitted under IASO awards category which is not selected for IASO awards will be considered for IASO NATCON 2025 awards.
