Inclusions:

  • Conference kit/ bag with all conference information.
  • Access to technical sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend technical sessions, unless they have full registration.
  • Conference luncheons and welcome/ gala dinner.
  • Separate registration is required for respective tutorials/ workshops.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Kindly send the cancellation requests to admin@iasonatcon2025.com, on or before March 31, 2025.
  • Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and a processing fee of Rs. 500/-.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
  • No refunds will be entertained post March 31, 2025; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee's decision will be final in this regard.
  • Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written email requests will be considered.

By registering for this event, I consent and authorize GOKARMA or IASO to copyright, use and publish any of the images or recordings in any format taken of me during any IASO event. I understand these images may be used for a variety of purposes and may appear on the IASO website, in IASO publications, IASO social media, promotional materials, or any other media now known or to be invented. I agree that IASO will not be responsible for unauthorized use of the images or recordings. I am aware that I am not entitled to any compensation and that the images may appear with or without my name. I also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or recording taken by IASO or the person or entity designated to do so by GOKARMA /IASO.

Consent of Copyright

The proceedings of the conference are the copyrights of IASO. The IASO will utilise the recorded proceedings for furthering the academics interests of the IASO, or in IASO publications or website or IASO media without monetization. Any delegate not intending to permit IASO to utilise his contributions should refuse before registration. He/She will be marked and his/her talks and discussion will not be recorded or shared.

Conduct during Conference

All Delegates, staff, commercial partners, and other applicable parties will exhibit courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
The privacy, dignity, and human rights of all individuals must be respected.

All applicable parties must abide by the following standards:
  • Act honestly, truthfully, and with integrity in all professional and IASO/GOKARMA transactions and dealings.
  • Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to our science and profession
  • Adhere to IASO/GOKARMA policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Report scientific and professional misconduct promptly.
  • Disclose all potential conflicts of interest as requested or as required.
  • Do not represent any acts or statements in a manner as to lead others to believe that the acts or statements officially represent IASO or GOKARMA, unless duly authorized by the IASO Executive COMMITTEE or the GOKARMA organisation.
  • Ensure that interactions are fair and free of unwarranted discrimination and harassment.
Unacceptable Behaviours include but are not limited to:
  • Discriminatory, racist, or sexist behaviour, including verbal, written or visually displayed derogatory or offensive remarks related to the race, colour, accent/language, national origin, ethnicity, religious creed, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, genetic information, sexual orientation, age, disability, physical characteristics, veteran or active military status, or immigration status of an individual or a group of individuals.
  • Disruptive behaviours such as shouting/yelling, harassment, or deliberate interruption of Conference presentations or events.• Verbal or written threats or threatening gestures.
  • Any unwelcome verbal, written, or physical contact, including but not limited to sexual advances or requests for sexual favours or harassment.
  • Inappropriate clothing during conference or in the public premises.
  • Over drinking.
  • Any violent behaviours, physical assault, or attempted assault.
  • Disrespect to any delegates.
  • Any verbal, written, or visually displayed comments/images that create a hostile, intimidating, or offensive environment. The GOKARMA Code of Conduct includes but is not limited to the said guidelines and actions and may be modified as appropriate at any time at the discretion of the Organising committee.
Compliance and Enforcement

GOKARMA reserves the right to take any action that is reasonably necessary, in the sole judgment of GOKARMA or IASO, for the protection of GOKARMA or IASO its members, volunteers, staff, and event participants. GOKARMA will maintain full discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of this Code of Conduct. All compliance issues will be addressed consistently in accordance with the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct provides general guidelines and cannot cover every possible type of unacceptable behaviour. GOKARMA reserves the right to apply corrective action to instances other than the specific examples noted and to exercise some or all the following remedies when an individual or group of individuals violate the Code of Conduct:

  • Counselling and warning regarding zero tolerance of unacceptable behaviour.
  • Revocation of conference registration.
  • Termination of contractual or business relationship.
  • Removal of presentation, display or poster.
  • Revocation of IASO membership.
  • Inform appropriate legal authorities.
